Brave feminist AuDHD queer trauma therapist and advocate for safer spaces in mental health. I see clients directly and also oversee a team of therapists committed to affirming care for the LGBTQ2IA+ and neurodivergent communities. I have over two decades of experience in community mental health as a helper and educator of counsellors and therapists. My primary modalities are trauma-focused approaches such as IFS, EMDR, SEP and other somatic approaches. My practice is committed to the continual unlearning of post-colonial, patriarchal, white supremacist, ableist, heteronormative, etc., approaches.
