Peter Meacher

I have worked in LGBT health for my entire career, originally trained in London, worked in Australia and have lived and worked in New York City since 1995. From 2013-2023 I was the Chief Medical Officer of Callen-Lorde Community Health Center. In Sep 2023, I started in a newly created position as Director of LGBTQ Care for Northwell Health (the largest healthcare employer in New York State), Western Region. I am building LGBTQ Centers of Excellence throughout the region as Northwell develops healthcare specifically designed for our communities. These are exciting times.
