Hi! My name is Quin (she/her) and I'm a licensed electrologist and a member of the trans community in Oakland, CA. I founded Star Sisters Electrolysis as a private practice focused on providing permanent hair removal for marginalized Trans, GNC and LBGTQIA+ individuals. I offer safe, compassionate, affordable care for gender affirming surgery preparation, treatment of gender dysphoria, and removal of excessive hair growth due to hormone replacement therapy, PCOS, hormonal changes, and other conditions. As a Bay Area trans woman, I recognized an acute need for dignified, compassionate, and culturally competent electrolysis services in our area. Star Sisters Electrolysis is my heartfelt answer to that need - a space where bodily autonomy is centered, and the journey of identity-affirming transformation is celebrated as a rite of passage. Whether you're trans, cis and/or intersex identified, dealing with PCOS, hormone imbalance, menopausal symptoms, or simply living in a body that doesn't feel right, I'm here to support you in your hair removal journey. -Quin
