I'm a licensed therapist in Oregon and Utah offering individual therapy, group facilitation, consultation and clinical supervision through a mindful, somatic, and liberatory framework. My work is neurodivergent-affirming and integrates EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (Rx required), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Body Trust principles to support trauma resolution and embodiment. I specialize in working with Adoptees, LGBT2SQi+ communities, and individuals navigating religious trauma. My practice is grounded in anti-oppressive, client-centered care that honors lived experience and body wisdom.
