Rachel Baumgardner

I am the owner of Arona Wellness, LLC and see clients who reside in Arizona. I see adults only for individual telehealth therapy at this time. Each client’s path in therapy looks different. I make sure to identify each individual’s specific needs in therapy and adapt my session structure to match. As a therapist, I am a huge advocate for social justice and underserved communities and most of my experience is with BIPOC, queer, female, trans/non-binary, and disabled clients. I integrate validation of client experiences and challenge clients to make appropriate and healthy changes in their lives.
