Rachel Coen
I provide compassionate psychotherapy for clients of all identities, and often work with women, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent folks. I support people coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, parenting & caregiving, gender identity, sexuality, minority stress, disability, chronic health issues, career changes, grief and more. My goal is to create a non-judgmental space where you can discover new strengths, practice coping skills, heal, and build resilience. Depending on your needs, we can draw on a variety of tools, from somatics to Jungian dream work to CBT. Whatever brings you to therapy — anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, grief, or existential questions — we’ll meet it with compassion. Your whole self is welcome here.
