Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or just looking for better balance and movement, I’m here to support your body through all of life's transitions. I’m proud to offer an inclusive, affirming space for LGBTQ+ patients. My practice is women owned an operated, trauma-informed and body-positive. I understand how healthcare can sometimes feel uncomfortable or even unsafe, and I do my best to create an environment where you can feel seen, respected, and at ease.
