I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and I firmly believe in Health at Every Size (HAES). I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and will complete Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) training in November 2025. I come from a holistic perspective, blending mindfulness, person-centered, and somatic-based techniques. My hope is that each client I meet with will be able to walk out of therapy sessions with the confidence to advocate for themselves, having found their own authentic voice.
