Rebekah Markheim

Hello and thanks for visiting! I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community and I have provided a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment within our community since 2003. I assist adults of all ages with coming out, transitioning, and presenting authentically and safely. I use mindfulness, parts work, somatic techniques and EMDR to help folx with trauma, grief, and other emotional stressors. I am certified in Narcissistic Abuse Therapy and trauma-related shame; and I help people recover their authentic selves after years of emotional chaos. I also provide grief counseling for all forms of loss, and I use grief work to help heal traumatic wounds, as well.
