Regina Troxell

I am a Child and Adolescent Neurologist practicing in a neuroaffirming multidisciplinary Autism Center (Cortica San Diego). I provide diagnosis and management for patients and their families. I also see general neurology patients and manage ADHD medications when needed. We offer medical management, therapies (developmental such as PT, OT, Speech and Music and behavioral) as well as counseling in a multidisciplinary model and we believe in a person first approach.
