Ren Lee
I believe in community care, liberation, growth, joy, resilience, healing, and justice. The trauma we experience can make us feel so disconnected while craving connection. I invite and support you in deepening connections to yourself, your communities, and the world around you. Through understanding our intersectional identities, we can start to process and unpack the ways we struggle to show up for ourselves and each other. Healing is a process that takes time, authenticity, and gentle care. My experiences and work are shaped by my identities, how I create and sustain joy, and community. I find it incredibly fulfilling to continuously build relationships through empathy, curiosity, and compassion. My areas of focus include trauma, relationships, life transitions, grief, polyamory/non-monogamy, kink/BDSM, and other alternative lifestyles. I am a queer, trans/nonbinary, neurodivergent, 2nd generation Chinese American. My approach is rooted in liberation and relational work through anti-oppressive and social justice lenses. I draw from modalities such as psychodynamics, Brainspotting, somatic work, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. Please reach out for a free consultation to see if we would be a good fit.
