They/Them
Book appointment

Hi, I’m Rim (they/them), a trans non-binary therapist and trauma-informed clinical counsellor based in BC. I support queer, trans, and racialized folks who are moving through pain, identity shifts, relational rupture, or simply seeking a deeper return to themselves. My practice is soft, honest, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in the presence of safety, truth, and care. I bring lived experience as a queer person of Lebanese origin, and I hold space with deep cultural humility and respect for intersectionality. Clients often tell me they feel seen, held, and not judged in our work together—especially when exploring things that feel hard to name elsewhere. Alongside individual therapy, I offer couples counselling that centers connection, communication, and repair—especially for queer, trans, and non-traditional partnerships. I also provide clinical supervision for fellow therapists seeking a reflective, collaborative space to deepen their work with clients. Our first session is gentle and collaborative. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you in, and we’ll move at your pace. My approach draws from relational and somatic modalities, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and attachment-focused work. You can expect a space that honours your full identity, your story, your silence, and your wisdom.
