My practice is at Oak Street Health. We specialize in primary health care for adults on Medicare and Medicaid who live in communities historically underserved by health care providers. I’ve provided primary care to LGBTQIA+ patients since 1995, and I'm part of a team of experienced primary care providers focused on making Oak Street Health the best place for LGBTQIA+ primary care. We help connect patients to insurance resources. Our clinical teams focus on your health care goals, while paying particular attention to preventive care and wellness.
