Robyn Stukalin
Do you feel like you are losing your momentum? Do you experience a sense of "too muchness?." In psychotherapy we work together to identify and reach your goals. My style is direct, transparent, warm, interactive and non-judgmental. We will address your pressing issues and get a sense of the deeper work, exploring the beliefs you have about yourself and others that underlie depression, anxiety, loneliness, lack of fulfillment and other concerns. Through our work together these beliefs can shift and you can experience greater happiness, authenticity, success, sexuality, creativity improved relationships with others and most importantly with yourself. With over 20 years of clinical experience, my approach is personalized based on your unique needs and goals, employing elements of psychoanalytic, cognitive/behavioral and mindfulness therapies among others. I am a gender specialist with many years of experience including over 10 years in a trans* healthcare clinic. As a therapist I bring extensive experience working cross culturally with people of diverse ethnic/racial and cultural backgrounds, religious/spiritual beliefs and sexual orientations. My expertise is in areas that can be hard to talk about and may not always lend themselves well to words such as: anxiety, depression, trauma, work related stress, substance use, life transitions, infertility, grief, relationship, parent and family issues, adult ADHD and ASD, LGBTQIA+ issues, gender identity, alt. relationships and kink. This is a safe space where you can be yourself completely, as we work together as a team to reach your goals.
