I am passionate about helping people strengthen the relationships that matter most. I work with couples to help develop open communication and deeper intimacy and with individuals navigating major life transitions to find confidence and clarity. I offer affirming support for clients that are navigating LGBTQAI+, neurodivergent, kink, or poly relationships. My approach integrates attachment theory, trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, and neuroscience to provide well-rounded therapy. My specialties include relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. I work collaboratively with clients to uncover patterns that are no longer helpful, strengthen coping skills, and create new ways of relating that feel authentic and sustainable. My goal is to provide practical tools alongside deep emotional support.
