They/Them

Sabrina is a genderqueer AuDHDer with seven years of experience as a crisis counselor, and now has a private practice specializing in LGBTQIA+ issues, ADHD, autism, and trauma through Rainbow Head Therapy. The foundation of their counseling style rests on a philosophical background of existentialist and intersectional feminist thought. Person-Centered, Solution-Focused Therapy informs their therapeutic practice. Sabrina is also fandom-friendly, and knowledgeable about issues surrounding online harassment. Holistic wellness is important to them, and they are supportive and knowledgeable concerning issues with sexuality, gender identity, and sex-positive, SSC (safe, sane, consensual kink practices). Sabrina is located in Japan but is nationally certified through the NBCC (the National Board for Certified Counselors) and licensed as a therapist (LMHC) through the state of Washington in the US. They are also a member of the ACA (American Counseling Association), SAIGE (Society for Sexual, Affectional, Intersex, and Gender Expansive Identities), and IMHPJ (International Mental Health Providers of Japan). Sabrina's schooling includes a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University and additional training in emergency/crisis mental health first aid, Narrative Therapy, and EMDR. In their free time, Sabrina enjoys karaoke, tabletop role-playing games, writing, drawing, photography, sci-fi/horror movies, long-distance cycling, and weight-lifting. They are also a massive Star Wars nerd!
