She/Her

As a mental health counselor, I provide psychotherapy and work most often with teen (12+) and adult individuals on a variety of personal struggles. The typical issues that I work with clients on are the following: anxiety, depression, social anxiety, self-esteem, self-assertiveness, domestic and interpersonal abuse, trauma, gender questioning/dysphoria, executive funtion challenges, and life transitions. For my Autistic clients, I provide help in navigating the neurotypical world from a social model perspective, not a medical model. As a trauma-trained, WPATH trained, and Autism informed therapist, I will tailor psychotherapy tools and sessions to support the needs of my clients. My counseling orientation is person-centered coupled with sociology - a broad perspective of how society, families, communities, and personal experience have shaped a person's ability to cope with their lived experiences. I aim to provide a safe space for my clients to do the therapeutic work they need to do to live on their terms. I seek to empower my clients to feel positive about who they are and help them move through their issue(s) by providing tools and insights to draw upon.
