I'm a Diabetes Care & Education Specialist and Clinical Pharmacist at Howard Brown Health. I partner with patients one-on-one to better manage their Diabetes. I do this through offering insights into patients' health conditions, assessing medications, partnering to set and meet lifestyle change goals, and offering resources to address barriers such as medication costs. My philosophy is that the patient is in the driver's seat, and I'm here to help them get where they want to go.
