Hello, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Dr. Dulak and I am passionate about providing individualized, multidisciplinary care rooted in respect, collaboration, and whole-person healing. I take a personalized approach to treatment, integrating the best of conventional medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies. I offer primary care to people of all identities in addition to gender affirming hormone therapy, preventive screenings, sexual and reproductive health services, and support for mental health and chronic disease management in a safe and welcoming environment. I prioritize compassionate, competent care and strive to create a clinical space where patients feel seen, heard, and supported in their health goals. At my practice, I treat gastrointestinal conditions, autoimmune diseases, neurological disorders, and a plethora of endocrinology concerns. My preferred modalities include acupuncture, IV therapy, nutrition, botanical medicine, and lifestyle modifications.
