I am a client-centered therapist who specializes in individual therapy with children, adolescents, and adults. I utilize a warm, empathic, trauma-informed, relational approach, often incorporating psychoeducation and self-compassionate practices into the process of therapy. I am keenly aware of the harmful systems of racism, homophobia, fatphobia, capitalism, and patriarchy present in our lives as well as in the counseling profession and attempt to disrupt these systems inside and outside of the therapy space. I bring a gentle and human approach to therapy and hope my clients feel fully seen and heard in each session.
