Our practice is a warm, eclectic, and safe space for all people. I provide affirming, relationship-centered primary care for adults with special interests in LGBTQ+ health, HIV prevention and treatment, gender-affirming care, and preventative medicine. During a first visit, patient can expect a welcoming, judgement-free conversation where we discuss their health history, goals, concerns, and immediate needs. I believe in shared decision making and creating individualized care plans for each person. In addition to routine primary care, I offer PrEP and sexual health services, HIV care, and gender-affirming hormone therapy.
