Sarah Hopkins

I specialize in subtle, pain-free treatment work, following where the physical and energetic bodies take me in order to work with the whole being. There is something sacred and rich in the stillness before change. I provide a container for the body to have those still moments, to pause and listen, and to know itself better. All of my work comes from a trauma-informed and body-neutral approach, and is queer & trans affirming. My practice is heavily influenced by techniques from myofascial facilitation, Trager, visceral manipulation, craniosacral, unwinding, and structural decompression.
