I am an LPC Associate supervised by Bonnie Scott, MA, LPC-S. I provide therapy for individuals ages 16+ navigating trauma, chronic pain, dissociation, identity concerns, and long-term stress. Many of my clients have felt misunderstood or dismissed by systems, family, or prior providers, and are looking for support that takes both their body and their lived experience seriously. I work with LGBTQ+ clients in a way that does not pathologize identity or require over-explaining. Therapy with me makes room for nuance. My approach integrates meaning-centered and body-based work, including EMDR and somatic parts work when appropriate.
