The not-for-profit Transgender Health and Wellness Center offers laser hair removal, electrolysis, mental health counseling, and community services in a transgender-led and -staffed space. I proudly serve as Chief Medical Officer at the request of members of the local transgender, gender non-conforming, and intersex community. We have contracts with multiple insurers, including local Medi-Cal, as well as many private insurers, and we have a sliding scale available for those without insurance coverage.
