I work collaboratively with clients to address their concerns, identify meaningful goals, and develop effective strategies for growth and healing. Rooted in empathy and respect for each individual’s unique journey, I support clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, or life transitions. My practice is also non-religious, ensuring that therapy is focused on the individual’s personal values and beliefs, free from any religious expectations. I provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals and offer information, support, and guidance regarding mental health, identity development, relationships, discrimination-related stress, access to healthcare, sexual health, and overall wellness. I strive to avoid assumptions regarding sexual orientation, gender identity, or relationship structure and respect each client's unique experiences and goals. I’m a compassionate and dedicated therapist at Count It All Joy Counseling, here to help you navigate life’s challenges and connect with your inner strength. I create a welcoming, affirming, neurodivergent-friendly, and gender-affirming space where everyone can feel seen, respected, and valued—no matter your sexual orientation, gender identity, or background. Under the supervision of Leona Richards-Bishop, LPC-S, I am working toward full licensure while further developing my skills in trauma-informed care and other therapeutic approaches to emotional wellness.
