I utilize a nurturing and non-judgemental approach. For over 10 years I have been helping people navigate their complex feelings. Every individual has value. Through therapy, we can discover those feelings of value and self-worth. I am experienced in seeing clients and supervising other therapists. My experience allows me to help my clients with a large variety of issues. I utilize EMDR, CPT, and Internal Family Systems. As an LPC-Supervisor, I also offer supervision for licensure in SC.
