Sophie’s therapeutic approach integrates creative and expressive techniques alongside other modalities. She has extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ children, teens, and adults including those who are socially and medically transitioning. Sophie is dedicated to helping those struggling with the impacts of diet culture, anti-fat bias, and societal constructs.
