LifeWise Counseling and Wellness is an LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma informed group practice serving adults, couples, and families across Texas. Our Care Team provides collaborative, nonjudgmental counseling that respects each client’s identity, relationships, lived experience, and goals. We support concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, burnout, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Our goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and actively involved in their care.
