Stephanie Ranson
My work is driven by a commitment to create an environment where every person feels respected, empowered, and affirmed—especially neurodiverse adults. I deeply value the strengths, perspectives, and resilience of the autistic community and provide individualized support that honors each person’s lived experience. I help clients overcome obstacles, build on strengths, and learn skills that improve daily functioning and relationships so they can feel supported, understood, and able to thrive. I primarily use play therapy, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness. Sessions are warm and encouraging, prioritizing safety, trust, and long‑term healing. In the initial visit we’ll discuss what brought you to therapy and collaborate on a tailored treatment plan; subsequent sessions focus on processing experiences and working toward your healing goals.
