I am the Clinical Director and founder of Connecting Heals, a specialized group private practice based in Ann Arbor, MI, providing virtual therapy across the state of Michigan. Our practice is dedicated to delivering deeply affirming, evidence-based care that honors your identity. We specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, major life changes, and the unique complexities of parenting. We also hold deep, specialized expertise in LGBTQ+ identity and neurodiversity, providing a truly affirming space for autistic and ADHD individuals. During a first visit with us, you can expect a collaborative, low-pressure environment where you can completely unmask, feel heard, and step away from the pressure to code-switch. Our team combines compassionate care with specialized therapeutic frameworks to help you process past experiences and build meaningful coping strategies. Connecting Heals is entirely telehealth-based and proudly in-network with BCBSM, GradCare, and BCN (depending on the provider), making high-quality, comprehensive mental health support accessible to the U-M community and residents throughout Michigan.
