Hello. I'm currently accepting new clients for tele-therapy sessions and offering some evening and weekend hours. As a National Board Certified Counselor(NCC) since 2000, Licensed Mental Health Counselor(LMHC in FL) since 2002, and Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC in GA) since 2021. In my own private practice, I help people by providing practical, useful, and reliable tools to facilitate positive and lasting change. I have been very successful in helping clients with depressive symptoms, anxiety, life stressors, adjustment and relationship issues by assisting them in identifying the thoughts and behaviors that are keeping them stuck(and/or preventing them from moving forward) in order to overcome struggles/obstacles and reach their full potential. I have worked in the social services in Central Florida since 1993. Licensed since 2000, I provide clients with compassionate, contemporary & effective mental health counseling services. Using an eclectic & comprehensive approach tailored to the needs of each client, I attempt to facilitate positive change in their lives.
