I offer a safe space where clients learn skills to tackle challenges and build confidence. Before starting Kind Within Counseling, I worked with youth and adults in counseling clinics and schools, including Gunn High School and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I hope that when my clients leave the office, they leave behind "performing" for others and live as their authentic selves. They may even inspire others to grow. I offer individual and family therapy as well as therapy groups for LGBTQ+ youth and support groups for parents of gender expansive youth.
