Hey there! I am a licensed psychologist in private practice with over 15 years of experience in community mental health. I see folks in the States of California & New York. I have an office in Oakland, California to see folks in person & am able to see anyone in California or New York via telehealth. I specialize in mood, sexuality, & trauma amongst others & exhibit expertise in working with the LGBTQI+, poly/ENM, and kink communities as well as with the BIPOC and multi-racial communities. I also have expertise working with the aging and seasoned adult communities. I lean heavily on somatic psychotherapy, EMDR, guided imagery, mindfulness, and can integrate spirituality into our work together, if that feels integral to you. I provide a free 15 minutes consultation to determine if we are a good, therapeutic fit for each other prior to scheduling our first therapy session. I also employ & supervise seasoned associates in my private practice for those who are in need of sliding scale services or seek a different fit in a therapist.
