Hi, I am Sveta! I use she/her pronouns and my name is pronounced sway-tha. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I provide virtual psychotherapy to teenagers and adults as individuals, couples, polycules, groups, and families. I have experience working with the interplay of attachment wounds, trauma, shame, and grief that show up as mental health symptoms such as anxiety and depression in our every day lives. My clinical interests include working with historically overlooked populations and harmful messaging. My approach is warm and curious but also direct, authentic, and rooted in anti-racism. My practice is is identity affirming, sex-positive, and trauma-informed. I am allied with the sex worker, BDSM/Kink, Poly & ENM, and Health at Every Size (HAES) communities. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #147335 and I am supervised by Charles Zeng, LMFT#125683 (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).
