I am an LGBTQ+ Informed Provider at NorthLakes Community Clinic. My professional interests include Pain Neuroscience Education and working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and families. I have been a driving force in NorthLakes earning and maintaining Healthcare Equality Index Leaders Status since 2015. I also provide psychotherapy and Pain Neuroscience Education to clients seeking to manage pain through self-awareness and lifestyle medicine. I also work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma reactivity, interpersonal struggles, and other challenges to well-being and life enjoyment.
