Ally to the queer community Dr. Ted Jablonski, an ally to the queer community , is an award-winning family physician and educator who has been involved in sexual and gender-based medicine for almost 2 decades. He accepts referrals and will always treat patients in an efficient, professional and non-judgmental manner. All medical visits are fully covered by AHS. (All uninsured services will be billed to the patient directly) Consults include: Men’s Sexual Health including all sexual dysfunctions Men’s Health including Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome (TDS) and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Women’s Health including Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Women’s Sexual Health including all sexual dysfunctions LGBTQ+ All Trans health including binary hormonal transition, pre and post-surgical therapies and Gender Non-conforming / Gender fluid health needs STI / PrEP / PEP
