In everyone's life, we have mountains to climb. You may find yourself at the foot of a mountain right now, wondering if you have the strength to go it alone. I'm here to tell you that whatever mountain you're about to climb, I'm certain we can make it over together. In the past 20+ years, I've provided the safety, trust and support that it takes to work through and manage trauma. I've provided support to those experiencing grief/loss and assisted with processing the complex emotions that impact the grieving person. I’ve provided the security, empathy, and validation to assist those who are navigating transition within the LGBTQ+ community. In every counseling relationship, I am committed to providing a safe, welcoming and peaceful environment to walk with you through your journey.
