Trey Larant

Hi, I’m Trey — a trans man, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and fitness coach focused on helping people reconnect with their bodies on their own terms. I specialize in injury prevention, postural awareness, sports performance, and post-op recovery. My approach is gender-affirming and rooted in lived experience, after having gone through top surgery, hysterectomy, and RFF phalloplasty myself. I was born and raised in Wisconsin, earned my bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh in 2015, and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse in 2018. I spent my high school and college years as a distance runner, competing in cross country as well as trail marathons. Upon graduation, I worked as a traditional, clinic-based physical therapist in Washington state for 7 years, before looking for a lifestyle change and becoming a nomadic traveler with my partner and dog. Now I coach clients virtually from all over the world.
