Trish McKeough
I support individuals and families who are struggling - whether it's with tough emotions, a sense of loneliness or social struggles, attention and learning difficulties, struggles around gender and sexuality, family conflict, or behaviour challenges. I am passionate about supporting parents and caregivers to be a primary source of support and healing for their loved ones. I value diverse ways of thinking and being in the world and welcome the opportunity to work with folks from all backgrounds and family structures. I am committed to equity and inclusion work within myself, in my work and in my community. I believe we are all stronger and wiser than we know, but that life’s challenges hide that from us. In therapy I'll cultivate a compassionate space where you can connect to your wisdom about what works and doesn’t and where it's helpful I also draw on concrete tools and strategies that have worked for others. It can be daunting to reach out for support for yourself or someone you love, so kudos to you for taking this first step. I value diverse ways of thinking and being in the world and welcome the opportunity to work with folks from all backgrounds and family structures.
