Vanessa Gamboa

Hi! I’m Vanessa Gamboa (she/her) and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Lilac Therapy Center, LLC. I enjoy working with clients ranging in age from 13 to 55 years old, and I specialize in supporting teens and young adults. My approach to therapy is affirming and non-judgmental, relational, anti-oppressive, and strengths-based. I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing the interconnectedness of various aspects of clients’ lives and how these can impact their mental health and well-being. My goal is to provide affirming and celebratory counseling to all my clients, but especially my clients who are BIPOC, queer, gender-expansive, and/or are in non-traditional relationships. I want you to feel supported, respected, and heard.
