Velvet Divine

Velvet is an Afro-Latina and Trans femme, first-generation Colombian counselor eager to honor and celebrate clients with intersectional and layered identities. She is passionate about and committed to providing sex-positive and affirming care to the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities as well as sex workers, BDSM/Kinky folx, and those exploring or engaged in the Polyamorous, Monogamish, and Non-monogamous relational spectrum. Velvet specializes in supporting clients with intersectional and layered identities facing challenges related to their identity, sexuality, and interpersonal relationships. She enjoys working with clients who are eager and curious about deepening their relationships with themselves and others, and showing up more authentically in both. Velvet's work is based on the foundation of a solid therapeutic alliance and the co-creation of a safe and supportive space in which the client can explore and process.
