I have a background in a variety of therapeutic approaches and work with each person transparently and collaboratively to find out what approach might work best. I was brought to this work because of my own valuable experiences in therapy. I’m passionate about every individual’s potential and believe everyone is an expert of themselves—I’m here to ask the right questions that will encourage a client to find the best answers for them.
