Yodline Exavier
Understanding that each client’s journey is shaped by personal experiences and cultural contexts, I work to create a safe, affirming space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals without judgment. I use an integrative therapeutic approach, combining evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care to support healing and growth. I work collaboratively with clients to build coping strategies, foster resilience, and empower them in their journey toward self-acceptance and well-being. I am passionate about addressing the systemic and social issues that contribute to mental health challenges and am committed to creating a supportive environment where clients feel seen, understood, and validated. Whether managing stressors of daily life or processing complex trauma, I believe in the power of therapy to help individuals reconnect with their strengths and achieve lasting, positive change. I am a compassionate and experienced licensed master’s level therapist dedicated to supporting (but not limited to) LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodiverse individuals, and communities of color through holistic and inclusive mental health care. With experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD, I am committed to helping clients navigate the unique challenges that often intersect with marginalized identities.
