I am a couples, trauma, and Personality Disorder specialist, as well as an AAMFT approved supervisor. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are often successful in parts of their lives but struggling in others such as their relationships. Most have already tried to fix the problem, or have been in therapy, without lasting change. The issue is rarely lack of effort. It is knowing what to do and how to apply it. This is not cookie cutter therapy. The work is selected and adapted based on what will actually be effective for you.
