I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing online therapy for adolescents (13+) and adults in Oklahoma and Florida. I specialize in anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD, chronic illness and pain, suicidal ideation, mindfulness and self-compassion, and 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming care. My approach is humanistic, person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and integrative. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where 2SLGBTQIA+ clients can explore their mental health, identities, relationships, experiences, and goals without judgment or pressure to conform. I recognize that distress does not exist in isolation and may be shaped by experiences such as minority stress, discrimination, rejection, stigma, and barriers to affirming care. Since 2010, I have supported thousands of individuals through therapy, social work, health education, coaching, yoga, and bodywork across primary care, community mental health, outpatient therapy, schools, hospice, mobile crisis services, and emergency communications. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions according to each person’s needs, preferences, values, identities, strengths, and goals. I believe therapy can be about more than reducing symptoms. It can also be a space for developing self-understanding, self-compassion, resilience, psychological flexibility, authenticity, connection, meaning, and a greater sense of well-being.
