Zachary Listner

I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). I work as a psychotherapist in a co-occurring outpatient and intensive outpatient clinic for folks looking to address mental health and substance use concerns. I have a predominantly queer identifying caseload and love to support members of my own community. I have a background in disordered eating, substance use, depression, anxiety, and I am currently expanding my background in trauma based work. My goal is to foster a relationship where folks feel they can both show up authentically and express what they are needing session to session. I practice through the following lenses: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Strengths Based Therapy. I am available either in person or virtually and am currently able to serve folks living within the state of Minnesota. I am based out of Plymouth, MN which is about 15 minutes from Minneapolis.
